Where to start? I’m a college student, living in Georgia, and my whole purpose in life is to spread love and the great news of Jesus Christ, my Savior. I desire to do my best to spread the Gospel across the globe, wherever He leads me. My wish for you all is that you enjoy my blog and take something from it each time you visit. I pray that God speaks to each and every one of you through my posts, and that I’m able to reach into the hearts of many with His help. Thank you for checking out my blog and please don’t hesitate to comment!

XOXO,

Jessie Kaitlyn

I am also a Ga girl, mother and grandmother. I have been fighting severe depression for 9 months. Today I am really down and unhappy. I wish this feeling would go away. I came across 2 Corinthians 2:5 and didn’t understand the verse and thats how I got here. Now I know what I have to do with the uneasy feelings. THank you !!!!

    Hey Jessie,

I came across your blog while looking for pictures about praying for the nations. I actually work for a ministry in the suburbs of Chicago called OneWay Ministries (www.owm.org). Our mission is to activate God’s people to exalt Jesus Christ and share the gospel to the multitudes.

Anyway we have a ministry called prayercast (check out at prayercast.com) that provides resources for people to pray.

We also have summer internships if you are interested…www.owm.org/internship-opportunities

    God bless!

I’m sorry it’s taken so long for me to respond to your comment under your About Me about the OWM internship! I must’ve missed the notification or been distracted when I read it because I just saw it now and I don’t think I’ve ever responded! I checked the website out, and it sounds amazing! Unfortunately, I think your internships are for college students, right? If this is true, I’m just about to enter my senior year of high school, so I still have a year to go. But I will save this in my bookmarks on my computer so when I think about what I want to do my summer before college begins (if that’s okay) or the summer after I begin, I can think about doing this. It sounds really neat and thank you so much for reaching out to me about it! God bless!

    Hello!

I’m from England so I’m not sure how old being in High School makes you, but can I just say I am really impressed with your writing (the bits I’ve read anyway). I recently started doing the youth work at my church (again – long story shorted to I’m back!) and I think it could be a really encourage to direct some of the youth to your site. I recently started writing a blog too and would love for you to write a guest blog and that way maybe get some of my young people to read your writing and also hopefully get a few more hits coming your way. Of course please check that my blog is the kinda of one you’d be happy to contribute to first. You should get my email from this post and we can sort out details from there. However no pressure! I won’t be offended if it’s not for you! Just keep on writing and being so passionate for Jesus, you are an example to this 30 year old.

    Nick

Ps just one practical point I found the text at the very top of your blog hard to read – it might be better in white?

    Jessie,

I am the Family Pastor at Oak Park Baptist Church in Jeffersonville, IN. I recently stumbled across your blog while doing research for an upcoming sermon.

I just wanted to encourage you to stand firm. I was greatly encouraged to read about your passion to spread the fame of Christ. Not many highschool kids are living life from that perspective. Keep running the race.

    Grow deep!

    Good Morning Jessie Kaitlyn,
Thanks for visiting my blog; perhaps you did a search on quotes.
I read yours this morning and perfect timing. I need the Don’t worry for today. At work today, I will be short staffed at the Blood drive for blood donors; perhaps this first quote is good for us today.

    • jessiekaitlyn May 29, 2010 at 10:09 am #

Oh, that sounds exciting! I’ll be praying things go well for you! Thanks for checking out my blog and I’m glad some of my quotes were of service! (:
